By participating in the program described here, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below. This Uber Freight Shipper Platform Mastercard Introductory Offer Program begins on December 1 2021 and ends on December 31, 2023 (“Eligibility Period”).

Qualified Customers will receive a USD$500 load credit applied to the cost of that Qualified Customer’s first load tendered and delivered on the Uber Freight shipper platform during the Eligibility Period (“Introductory Discount”). If a Qualified Customer’s first load is under $500, the remaining balance of the Introductory Discount will be applied to that Qualified Customer’s next load. If a Qualified Customer spends at least USD$5,000 paying for subsequent loads on Uber Freight using a Mastercard Small Business Card within 90 days of paying for their first load tendered on the Uber Freight shipper platform, that Qualified Customer will receive a USD$500 load credit (“Second Discount'') applied to the cost of one or more of that Qualified Customer’s future loads that are (i) shipped using Uber Freight within 180 days of their receipt of the Introductory Discount and (ii) paid for using a Mastercard Small Business Card as the payment method. The introductory discount does not count towards the USD$5000 required to receive the Second Discount.The Introductory Discount and Second Discount will be applied on the invoice for such load(s).

A Qualified Customer will not be eligible for (i) the Introductory Discount if, as determined by Uber Freight, it has previously tendered and delivered a load with Uber Freight; and (ii) the Introductory Discount or Second Discount if, as determined by Uber Freight, (a) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the Introductory Discount or Second Discount, as applicable; (b) it is reasonably suspected by Uber Freight that it committed fraud or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in the Uber Freight Shipper Platform Mastercard Introductory Offer Program; (c) it violated applicable law or any other agreements with Uber Freight.

Uber Freight Shipper Platform Mastercard Introductory Offer Program Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and will be effective upon posting of updated terms. Continued participation in the Uber Freight Shipper Platform Mastercard Introductory Offer Program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the updated terms. In addition to the Uber Freight Shipper Platform Mastercard Introductory Offer Program Terms and Conditions set forth herein, this program is also subject to the Uber Freight Terms and Conditions of Service, which may be updated from time to time. A company’s eligibility to sign up with Uber Freight is determined by Uber Freight, in its sole discretion.

Defined Terms:

A “Qualified Customer” is one that (i) is a new user of the Uber Freight shipper platform and (ii) successfully tenders and has at least one (1) load delivered on the Uber Freight shipper platform during the Eligibility Period and (iii) has a Mastercard Small Business Card as the payment method on the Qualified Customer’s account.

A “Mastercard Small Business Card” is a card issued in the United States bearing the mark Mastercard that is primarily offered to small business cardholders that intend to use such card primarily for small business purposes (except for any small business card with an annual fee of $450 or greater).
